From our unique warm-up to our high-energy music, F4T Fitness is a great way to get moving. The movements are designed to focus your attention on your body's core muscles to help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance.

Hone your game with the pros at Laguna Beach Tennis Academy, the best place to learn tennis in Laguna Beach. Professional instructors will help you master the fundamentals of forehand, backhand, volley, serve and more.

*Payments are due prior to the 1st of each month and pricing takes into consideration holidays throughout the entire year. If you sign up mid-month your first payment will be pro-rated.
Missed groups can be made up at any other available group during the same month. Please confirm make-up class with one of the coaching team.
