Monday to Thursday at Alta Laguna Park through Friday 2 October, then under the lights at Laguna Beach High School from Monday 5 October — five minutes down the hill. Fridays are at the high school all season. Saturday 9:00 AM is at Alta.
About this program
For players who want to compete — school team, tournaments, UTR — and want a real season of training behind them when they do.
- Yellow ball, full court, grouped by stage rather than age.
- Warm-up, court work, point play, coach-led cool-down.
- A coach places every player before the first session, and moves them when they are ready.
By December: A player who has trained through a full season rather than peaked for one tournament, and who has been pushed by the group around them.
