WHAT IS THE EARLIEST AGE I CAN START MY CHILD?
We provide group and private classes for ages 3+
HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?
If you need to cancel a class, log in to your account, go to My Account, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. Due to limited number of spaces available in each session, we have an 8-hour class Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be done through the website or app
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
In most cases, we are able to place a player into the appropriate program based on a variety of factors including age, experience, and ranking. When there isn’t enough data to determine placement, we arrange an evaluation at one of the programs. Evaluations are done at the end of a clinic. This is a 10-15 minute hit with a coach where they can determine the appropriate placement and discuss this with the parent and player.
WHAT IF I NEED TO SWITCH MY CLASS TIME?
Classes cannot be switched less than 8 hours in advance of the start of class.
WHAT DOES A STUDENT NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Students must supply their own tennis racquets (Day Rentals Available) and water. LBTA will always supply the tennis balls. Please dress appropriately for outdoor physical activity.
MAY MEMBERSHIPS BE SHARED BETWEEN SIBILINGS?
Memberships may only be shared if siblings are both in same level class i.e., \ Siblings in different level classes each need their own membership specific to their program.
WHAT IF I DO NOT SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR OR CANCEL WITHIN 8-HOURS OF THE CLASS TIME (THE CANCELLATION POLICY)?
If you fail to show for your scheduled class or cancel a class (even if to reschedule for an alternate time) within 8-hours of your class start time and are using a Class Package or single class, you will be charged a $25 No Show Fee for not showing up to your scheduled class or if you cancel a class within 2 hours of your class start time. Classes not cancelled 8 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a Late Cancel fee of $15. No Shows and Late Cancels on a monthly program will result in the loss of that session, but no additional fee will be charged.
HOW LONG WILL EACH SESSION TAKE?
Sessions range anywhere from 30-60 min long depending on the type of workout you are doing.
HOW ARE MY WORKOUTS DELIVERED?
Once you enroll in Fit4Tennis, you will get a confirmation email with full program access to join the Fit4Tennis App. You should receive the email within 10-20 minutes of placing your order. Please also make sure you check your spam or junk mail.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS WITH THIS PROGRAM?
We’ve trained players from age four to age 85. Since these programs are fully personalized to the goals of the players, we design the programs based on the needs of the individual.
WHAT’S THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR THREE PACKAGES?
The biggest difference is through the communication and amount of workouts you will receive. With “Standard”, you will be able to communicate with Andrew via email support and will be appointed 3 workouts a week depending on your goals. In purchasing “Standard Plus”, you will receive 3-5 workouts per week and also have access to in-app messaging. This is where Andrew will check in with you and make sure your workouts are being completed. Our most valuable package, known as “Premium” is for the player really looking to have a full-time fitness program. Specifically designed for 5-7 days of training, this package includes in-app daily progress checks and a 15-minute voice or video call (your choice) once a week.
DOES THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ALL LEVELS IN TENNIS?
Definitely. This program will work for you whether you are just starting with your tennis journey or you are the seasoned vet. A fitness program will compliment your tennis.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL TRAINING SESSION LOOK LIKE?
You would login to the Fit4Tennis App and through your program. You will be able to view the F4T library for an assortment of workouts. Each session will be specifically designed to meet each individual’s goals.
