For players already competing — league, tournaments, or a school season — who want to train through it rather than around it.

• Technique work at match pace, in a small group.
• Pattern work: serve plus one, return plus one, and the rally patterns you actually use.
• Point play against players at your level or above.

By December: Your level holds through the season instead of sliding between matches. The drilling keeps the strokes honest; the point play keeps you sharp.
