Sunrise Doubles Lab

Doubles before work. Each week takes one situation and drills it until it is automatic, then you play.

• One theme a week — formations, serving and returning, poaching and signalling, defending the lob, or the middle ball nobody takes.
• Drilled in a small group until the decision is automatic rather than discussed.
• Then sets, using it.

By December: You and your partner stop leaving the middle open, and you win more of the doubles you already play.
