Sunrise Tennis & Fitness
Done before the day starts. Fitness built into the tennis rather than bolted onto the end of it.
- Footwork, agility and strength you can actually use on a court.
- Then live tennis drills that put it straight into your game.
- Small group, matched on the day.
By December: You get to the ball earlier, and you are still standing in the third set.
If you want the workout without the coaching, Cardio Tennis is the simpler version. See that class

What happens after you press Register
You enroll and pay for our group programs through the City of Laguna Beach, not here. About five minutes, and you do it once.
You will make a City account
Rec1 is the City of Laguna Beach's registration system, not ours. On your first visit it asks you to create a sign-on: a name, an email, a password. A couple of minutes, once, and it covers every City program from then on.
Payment is due when you register
Find Laguna Beach Tennis Academy in the catalog, choose your class and how many days a week, and check out. The City takes the money, not LBTA. There is no invoice afterwards and no deposit option.
The City tells us the moment you are in. We confirm your days, your court and your coach before the first session.
Register for Fall 2026
