LiveBall is a high-intensity, coach-fed doubles session: continuous action that sharpens positioning, patterns, and finishing while keeping your heart rate up—your coach shapes the session to the group.
What to expect
I joined for cardio, but the biggest shift has been doubles tactics—where to stand, when to help at net, and how to close points together. My partner and I finally move as one unit.
First-ball priorities are set by your coach each week—targets, roles, and net rules flex with the group and the moment.
Session flow
Coaches adapt the arc to who shows up—movement, feeding, and play—without locking you into a printed drill menu.
Phase 1
Warm up together, set intentions, and calibrate pace so everyone is ready to work.
