UTR Sports (Universal Tennis) is the platform where match results are recorded and turned into ratings. For yellow-ball singles and doubles, your profile shows a numeric UTR Rating that updates as you compete.
Color Ball players—red, orange, and green ball—use a separate system called Color Ball Rating (CBR): stage levels (for example R1–R2, O1–O2, G1–G3) that match scaled courts and equipment. CBR is built for development; it is not the same display as an adult numeric UTR, and that is by design.
Our Color Ball division sits in the same weekend series: real match play, same-day score submission to UTR Sports, and a clear place for juniors who aren't on full yellow ball yet. A coach is on court for every Color Ball match — this is structured, supported competition.
Red ball
Smaller space, softer ball—rally and point-start fundamentals.
Orange ball
Mid-size courts—transitional footwork and longer exchanges.
Green ball
Full singles width—bridge toward yellow ball when ready.

Red, orange, and green ball players have a dedicated Saturday division. Coach on court. Development-first match play with formats built for scaled tennis. If they can rally, they can play.
UTR 2.0–5.0. Saturday afternoons. Whether you're getting back into tennis or building consistency, every match is rated and every week you see where you stand.
Sunday singles — open to all levels, paired by skill. You play people at your level regardless of age or gender. Your UTR moves after every match.
Sunday evenings at Laguna Beach High School. Show up solo and we pair you by combined UTR. No partner needed.
Show up, compete, and track your progress. Divisions are by level, not age or gender.
